King Tide Day
February 10 @ 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
This event invites neighbors to come together during the highest tides of the year, known as King Tides, to collect data about the risk of flooding in the Canal neighborhood.
Participants will go to the waterfront with “citizen science kits” to help measure flood data at multiple sites. The data you collect will inform the actions our community takes to prepare for sea level rise.
If you would like to register by phone or have any questions, contact Carly at (415) 306-0479 x 349 or carlyf@canalalliance.org
