Equitable Pandemic Recovery Strategies for Marin County

Marin County’s low-income, immigrant, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), and historically undercounted residents, have been disproportionately affected by the far-reaching impacts of the pandemic. A truly just and equitable recovery for Marin County requires a holistic approach that tackles the systemic inequities that have prevented pandemic recovery resources to reach those most in need.
