Canal Alliance Continues Driving Economic Opportunity Through Career Support
August 13, 2025

At Canal Alliance, our Economic Mobility Department, strives to provide case management and career navigation services. As of last year, they had an existing caseload of 380 clients and all new program participants. In addition, they track student enrollment, program completion, employment status and wage at exit, and employment status and wage at different time periods for two years after graduation.
For this upcoming year, thank you to reoccurring grants from partners like Bank of America, they are able to continue all our efforts to support the community. As the Economic Mobility Development team plans to continue tracking the number of students who access Canal Alliance’s wrap-around services, including ESL classes and social services. This will be accessible through our data system that monitors the performance of our program.
With continued support from our partners and a commitment to data-driven impact, Canal Alliance’s Workforce Development team remains dedicated to supporting our clients on their path toward economic mobility and long-term success.
