Canal Alliance invites you to join our Leadership Academy — a space for Marin residents to strengthen your leadership skills, raise your voices, and work together for a more just and thriving community.

At the Leadership Academy, we equip you, resident-experts, with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to speak up and advocate for the needs and dreams of your communities. This program is not just about leadership development—it’s about ensuring that your voices of are heard, respected, and incorporated into the decisions that shape our futures.

Together, we can build a stronger Marin where everyone’s voice makes a difference.

• Schedule:
  • We run several sessions annually, of cohorts of approximately 20 individuals. Workshops are held once per week on a weeknight at Canal Alliance’s headquarters over five concurrent weeks.   
• Requirements:
  • Spanish spoken
  • Live in Marin County
  • Attend all workshops
  • Actively participate in the workshops
