For more than four decades, Canal Alliance has worked alongside Latino immigrants and their families in Marin County as they pursue safety, stability, opportunity, and their dreams. That work is made possible by our incredible team, whose expertise, lived experience, cultural competency, and deep commitment to community shape everything we do.
At Canal Alliance, we believe that supporting our community starts with supporting the people doing the work. Over the past several years, we have continued investing in an inclusive and sustainable workplace culture through strong benefits, professional development, mental health support, a hybrid workplace model, and a four-day workweek. As we have shared in our blogs on the four-day workweek, this shift has helped us align our internal practices with our external mission by centering trust, accountability, equity, and care.
