Vietnamese Interpreters

We are in need of Vietnamese interpreters to assist onsite, at various medical or judicial appointments. Interpreters translate verbal messages to and from the non-English speaking client. The position would be offered on an as-needed basis. Interpreters only need to have moderate availability, approximately 2 hours per week.

If a volunteer is interested in assisting at off-site appointments, such individuals must have a good driving record determined by a third-party insurance agency. We will need to make a copy of your driver’s license and automobile insurance for our records. We may be able to provide a stipend for mileage in the event you drive your own vehicle. Volunteers may be asked to undergo a Vietnamese fluency evaluation.
