Clients are asked to become members of the OC and to live out the OC’s principles - to make a commitment to Self, the OC, and the Community. Members have priority access to vocational related classes, computers, services and jobs through Marinhelpers.com. Members agree to uphold the principles by doing things such as making a personal success plan, participating in community activities, supporting the OC’s marketing efforts and attending weekly meetings to discuss OC activities.
