Comite de Vecinos del Canal

The Comite de Vecinos del Canal is composed of 6-10 adults who live in the Canal neighborhood. These residents are leaders who organize their community to better the Canal. Among some of the projects that they have created are the Census 2010 awareness campaign, the Municipal ID campaign, and working to repeal the Canal Towing Ordinance.

The Comite de Vecinos del Canal works very closely in collaboration with the other members of the Community Organizing team. They meet every second and fourth Friday of every month.

For more information about the Comite de Vecinos del Canal contact Maite Durán, Community Leadership Coordinato, at  (415) 306-0440.
